May, July, August & October Outings – 80 person minimum
June & September – 100 person minimum

- GOLF COURSE PROCEDURES -

1. It is required that the person in charge of the Tournament discusses the format & Count with the General Manager or Golf Professional at least two weeks prior to the outing.

2. Course signs and starting sheets must be provided to the Club four days prior to the Outing.

3. Course layout and tee markers may not be altered in any way. The Grounds Superintendent is the only person authorized to set, relocate or reposition tee markers.

4. No practice rounds are permitted or extra play over 18 holes. Putting contests are Restricted at the Club to our practice putting green without the Golf Professional. The starter will inform the outing prior to Tee – Off for Golf Car restrictions.

5. All participants attending the outing must adhere to and advise their guests prior to the Outing of the rules and dress code of the Club while on Club property. Proper golf attire is expected. Absolutely no tank tops, tee shirts, cut-off, blue jeans or denims, jogging clothes sweat suits or shirts without collars. Apple Ridge Country Club does not permit metal golf spikes. Please advise all participants to come prepared with non-metal golf shoes in order to play. The charge for spike change is $10.00 per set of shoes.

6. Our members take great pride in their Club facilities. Please remind and instruct your Guests to respect our course by fixing divots and ball marks.

7. Committees, chair persons and participants are not permitted on property earlier than 2 _ hours before shot gun starting time.

8. All outing shot gun will be held in the afternoon (12 noon or later), unless previous Arrangements are made with the General Manager.

9. The Club has the sole right to stop or cancel play due to weather conditions at any time and is based on the sole judgement of the Golf Course Superintendent, the Golf Professional and the General Manager.

10. For those groups having Hole-in-One contests, you must use the yardage that is stated on the scorecard for the white tee makers on the par three hole.

- GOLF OUTING GUIDELINES -

1. All outing requests must be approved by the management of the Apple Ridge Country Club. Upon approval, a $2,500.00 non-refundable deposit is required for the Apple Ridge Country Club to reserve any date for a Golf Outing. Checks should be forwarded to our General Manager, Thomas Savvides.

2. All outings must spend a minimum of $15, 200.00 in the months of May, July, August & October. A minimum of $19,000.00 is required for the months of June & September.

3. Should less than 80 players be present, the host will be responsible for all contracted expenses based upon the guaranteed count of 80 players or 100 players.

4. Outings cannot exceed 10% of the guaranteed count on the day of the function without prior notice of 48 hours.

5. Full payment of charges due for the outing "must be paid" to the Club the day of the outing.

6. All outings are required to spend $750.00 in the Pro Shop.

7. In the event that play is cancelled, all food and beverage contracted for must be served on the day of the scheduled outing and will be charged at the established guaranteed guest count.

8. All food and Beverages must be purchased through the Apple Ridge Country Club.

9. The outing sponsor will be charged for all expenses resulting from anyone damaging the course or Club property, homeowner properties adjoining Club property as well as any personal injuries sustained to or by any participant at the function. The Club maintains the sole right to assess and charge for damage repair by the Club or an authorized repairman.

10. Outing groups are advised not to advertise their outing until outing approval is granted and preliminary arrangements and confirmation with deposit is made to the Club.

11. Volunteers helping will be charged for any meals and beverages consumed including course refreshments.

12. Volunteers, Valet or any Non-golf member participants are RESTRICTED from using golf carts, during the golf outing.

13. Signs, banners or decorations may not be stapled, glued, taped or pinned without permission of the General Manager. All registration tables must be at rear of Club House between putting green and the 1st tee.

14. All deposits shall serve as a security deposit. In the event there is damage to the Club property, costs of repairs will be withheld from the deposit and not applied to other club purchases. If damages exceed the deposit, the Club has the sole right to also charge the lessee the total amount necessary for repair work.

15. The Apple Ridge Country Club shall not be held responsible for the following: Vehicles, Personal property, Prizes, Gifts, Golfbags or any other personal belongings.

16. This agreement is expressly conditioned upon the Club’s ability to perform its obligation hereunder. The Club shall not be liable for not fulfilling its responsibility to the lessee or guests in the event caused beyond its control interfere with such performance. Causes that may interfere with or prevent its performance shall include, but not be limited to, labor disputes, government controls or restrictions upon food, beverages or other supplies, travel or transportation, mechanical or equipment failure, fire or any matter beyond contract caused by an act of God.

17. If your group is tax exempt, you must furnish a tax-exempt certificate prior to the outing.

18. In order to insure a well-organized affair, a review of this agreement should be conducted with the outing on-site coordinator and the Apple Ridge Country Club Staff prior to the date of the outing. Remember not to arrive at the Club more than 2 _ hours before starting time. This includes sign in committee.
